Once the information has been collected, classified and interpreted by the Business Engine (2) it is sent, stored and represented in the public Cloud (3), through a Dashboard (4), that can be accessible via web both by the customer and the supplier, with the opportunity to use chatbots and voicebots (5) as virtual assistant.

It is often laborious and complex to reconcile invoice data received from suppliers with orders and/or transport documents. Today, in fact, the majority of electronic invoices received by an organization require manual intervention for registration in the accounting system (unstructured process).

Thanks to AI technology it is possible to delegate to algorithms the automatic matching of invoices that are interpreted and classified in specific data clusters.
